EGP Business Solutions Return Policy
Items shipped from EGP Business Solutions, including EGPChecks and EGPStore, can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them and will show that information on the shopping display page.
If you are sending the item within the United States and the order is valued at $100 or more, it is suggested but not required that you insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. Items valued over $35 should be returned to EGP Business Solutions with a trackable shipping service. For items below $35, we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service. If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return we will not be able to locate the package and will not be able to issue a refund. Some products will have a 20% re-stocking fee deducted from the purchae price. These item will have a notice on the products display page.
